El dramaturgo y director teatral Juan Mayorga (Madrid, 1965) ha sido elegido académico de la Lengua para ocupar la silla M, vacante desde el fallecimiento de Carlos Bousoño, el 24 de octubre de 2015, y a la que optaba también la filóloga Dolores Corbella.
